It is easy for any decent dealership to provide a great sales experience. The tell for a great dealership is how they work when a deal doesn't work out. I had to cancel an order for a car and everyone I worked with was extremely professional and easy to work with. While I didn't buy a car this time around from BMW of Annapolis, I will be going back.
