Overall the experience was great. They were able to fix the issue and staff was courteous. However, I'd have preferred if they had told me not to schedule my appointment at noon since the staff is at lunch. I called in to reschedule my appointment from 3pm to 12 noon. They accepted it saying it's available and I can come in. However, when I got there, I was informed I'd have to wait till 1pm since the staff is at lunch. It was little after 3pm when the work was completed.
