He did everything possible to make sure the car got fixed. He ordered parts on Friday and by Tuesday the repairs were complete. It wasn't a small repair as it had the control arms and shocks that needed replaced. He was super knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional. I will definitely be back for any repairs needed on my Audi!
