I had a great experience at VW of Panama City. Mark got me scheduled right away, called the day before and reminded me of my appointment and kept me updated along the way while my vehicle was there. He let me know of a few things that needed some attention but never made me feel pressured or uncomfortable. A few days following my visit I received a call from Royce (I believe was his name). He wanted to insure that I was taken care of as well. I had a great experience at VW of Panama City and will be back.
